|1||A Comparatively Analysis of HRD Practices in Government v/s Private Delhi Based Universities in Context of Job Satisfaction and Talent ManagementAbstract – India is known for higher cultural background and quality education. If we look into the history, all edas, dramas has had a significant place for education. This is not available in any other country’s history. Due to some reason or the other The Education had lost its Brand of Quality Education. Even brilliant students from India started applying for foreign universities for their career upliftment. Now again to rebuild the brand the GOI started the IIM and IIT. Added to these, Delhi based private Institutions are lifting the name of India in the Educational segment.
In this paper we are going to discuss the various HR practices ahead of the Indian Institutions to rebuild the Brand. Added to this we are also going to suggest few strategies of how to face these challenges successful. We have identified six important areas of challenge for Indian Institution and this study is based on these areas. Firstly we are going to discuss about the Branded Foreign Universities. Second the Quality of the Faculty required rebuilding the Indian Institution. Third the pedagogy to be used in increasing the quality of Education. Fourthly, The Teaching methodology to be adopted and finally the evaluation methods.

|2||Swachh Bharat Mission- Need, Objective and ImpactAbstract – On the occasion of birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, our Hon. Prime Minister exhorted people to fulfil Mahatma Gandhi’s vision of Clean India. By launching the Swachh Bharat Mission, the Prime Minister said that it is our social responsibility as a citizen of India to help fulfil Gandhi’s vision of Clean India by his 150th birth anniversary on 2nd October, 2014. The main objective of this campaign is to reduce or eliminate open defecation through the construction of individual, cluster and community toilets. This mission will also make an initiative of establishing an accountable mechanism of monitoring latrine use. . |3||Fitness Lifestyles, Dietary Patterns and Sleep Habit as Predictors of Graceful Ageing among Retired Civil Servants in Ibadan MetropolisAbstract – The purpose of this study was to find out fitness lifestyle, dietary pattern and sleep habit as predictors of graceful ageing among retired civil servants in Ibadan metropolis. A descriptive design of survey type was adopted. The study population comprised 400 retired civil servants who were purposively sampled. Data were collected using a self developed validated questionnaire while frequency, percentage and chisquare (χ2) were used for data analysis and statistical inference was set at 0.05 level of significance. Findings revealed that adoption of fitness lifestyle, good dietary pattern and adequate sleep are significant predictors of graceful ageing. It was recommended that aged should not take much carbohydrate and protein for they do not expend the same level of energy as they did in early years. Participation in limited and regulated physical exercise and recreational activities will be of great benefits for their ageing body. |4||Types and Determinants of Substances Use among Nation-Wide Professional Football League Players in NigeriaAbstract – Use of substances nowadays has gone beyond the primary aim of correcting, preventing and treating of ailments. Sport participants use substances to enhance their performances. The objective of this study is therefore to investigate and determine the substances use among Nation-Wide Professional Football League Players, Nigeria. A cross sectional study was carried out among eight clubs during their training sessions and three research instruments were used in the study. These instruments were administered on 270 respondents. Cronbach Alpha coefficient was used to determine the internal consistency of the three research instruments with reliability values of 0.61, 0.60 and 0.84 respectively. Two null hypotheses were formulated and tested at 0.05 level of significance with linear regression model. The results revealed that personal characteristics (β = 0.193, t = 3.228, p<0.05) and team influence (β = 0.284, t = 4.843, p<0.05) significantly determined the substances use among Nation-Wide Professional Football League players in, Nigeria. It is therefore recommended that sports organizations, coaches, sport psychologists and exercise scientists should be proactive in educating and discouraging the use of performance enhancing substances. Hence, soccer players should focus on performance skills rather than performance substances use. Also, football coaches should encourage wholesome and fair competition by emphasizing healthy nutrition, training practices and taking a strong stand against win at all costs philosophy.||Akintayo Michael O. et al.|
