|1||Impact of Gender, Ethnicity and Place of Residence on Emotional Intelligence among College StudentsAbstract – This present study was conducted to study the impact of gender, ethnicity and place of residence on emotional intelligence among college students. A total number of 160 B.A Part I Students studying in different colleges of Jamshedpur were included in this study. The sample was based on two genders (male and female), two ethnicity (tribal and non-tribal) and two place of residence (urban and rural). Stratified random sampling was used for sample selection. Emotional intelligence inventory by Mangal (2009) was used to access the level of emotional intelligence. 2x2x2 way ANOVA was used for the computation of the data. The result revealed that both gender not differ significantly on their level of emotional intelligence. Tribal and non-tribal students also not differ significantly on their level of emotional intelligence. Further the result revealed that rural and urban students differ significantly on their level of emotional intelligence. Further, interaction effects are also discussed.||Dr. Udham Singh et al.|

Society and education are two inseparable elements in our world. It has always been in talks how education influences the society. The things we are taught and what we learn through our schooling affects the kind of person we are and consequently influences the society as a whole. But seldom do we tackle on society’s influence on education. In definition, society is an extended social group having a distinctive cultural and economic organization. The building blocks of society are we human beings. How people interact creates the pattern of relationships between individuals and thus characterizes the society according to the systems of customs, values, and laws.
Passing through this article the author indicates that which key factor of the Society creates significantly impact on the process of Education or on the Education. Here, the sentence that ‘Society play a significant role in education’ is well suit because of this article realise that the interaction process between Society and Education.

|4||Supporting and Counselling Children with autism within Mainstream Schools: A Review of the LiteratureAbstract – This article focuses on the means by which specific classroom programmes can offer support and counselling for children with autism and improve their knowledge and overall school experience. These programmes can include, for instance, the use of computer-based technology, the setting up of special activity groups within school and so on. However, the degree to which these programmes can facilitate the education of children with autism and the level of differentiation they can contribute to the school experience, social skills and behavioural progress of these children requires assessment. A hypothesis that has been accepted suggests that carefully planned programmes within schools can favourably influence children with autism, thereby facilitating the development of their societal, behavioural and scholastic skills, all of which are required over the long-term. The objective and intent of this study is to offer schools the perspective that carefully structured programmes can improve the lives of the autistic children in their care by providing the support and counselling they require.||Faihan Alotaibi|
